As a part of this sub-project, we will be:
- Installing the base operating system (Ubuntu 22) and loading package updates.
- Installing Composer.
- Installing Drupal 10 Core.
- Installing PHP 8.1.
- Installing mySQL.
- Installing any other necessary packages needed for basic operation.
This portion of the project is very much completed.
